Alpha Medical Aids, Inc. insures the following to all patients:  proper delivery and set up of equipment; training for the patient and the caregiver on the proper usage and maintenance of the equipment; 24-hour contact information in the event of an emergency or equipment malfunction; and periodic equipment maintenance as required.
