Alpha Medical Aids, Inc. was started in 1977 and is a full line Medical Equipment and Medical Supply provider. The company is a closely held Virginia Corporation with a dedication to service the full range of equipment and supplies needed by Home Care Patients. We also operate as a wholesaler and supplier for area Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Doctor’s Offices, Schools, and Industry. As a supplier, Alpha Medical Aids, Inc. fully embraces the National Supplier Standards as minimum standards of conduct. As a patient of Alpha Medical Aids, Inc. we will always treat you with dignity and respect as outlined in the Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities. Patients have a choice of which company or agency you want to furnish goods and services. Our primary objective is to satisfy your medical device and supplies needs. If you have some problem with a company representative or our equipment, the management and staff of Alpha Medical Aids, Inc. would like to inform you of the following information and rights we extend to all the Clients we are privileged to serve. If you have a problem with a company representative, please contact Judy Seal, Operations, at 866-470-8121. If you are unhappy with the helpfulness of the set-up personnel or their expertise with your situation, you may request the help of a staff specialist or may return all equipment within 24 hours at no charge. At any time you may request the personal evaluation by our networking nursing staff for product or supplies assessment. We currently have Home Health Nurses as networking partners in Virginia. You will be informed of all financial or documentation arrangements you are responsible for before signing any receipt documents. Any necessary additional help is a phone call away at 1-866-470-8121.
